  • Decade

    Participated · Seed · Aug 2026

Decade was founded by former Nubank CTO Vitor Olivier and Hyperplane founder Felipe Meneses and combines human advisors with proprietary AI models to create an integrated view of clients’ financial lives. The platform’s offering pairs each client with a senior human advisor backed by AI that monitors spending, investment positions and overall balance sheet continuously. Decade positions itself as AI-native from day one, with agents that read statements and reason across a client’s full financial context to surface opportunities and build goal-aligned portfolios. The company said it is emerging from stealth with access available via a waitlist and is launching from São Paulo and San Francisco. Decade aims to scale its advisory service to deliver high-attention financial guidance broadly, but the articles do not disclose revenue, users, or other operating metrics.

  • Brendi

    Participated · Equity · Jul 2026

Brendi provides a paid platform that lets restaurants receive and dispatch orders over WhatsApp via text or audio, integrates digital menus and in-chat payments, and supports restaurants’ logistics by integrating with third-party couriers or in-house delivery. Founded in 2020 in São José dos Campos and pivoted to restaurant marketing in 2021, the company expanded its product after 2023 developments in large language models to automate conversational ordering. Today Brendi serves 7,100 establishments across roughly 1,300 Brazilian cities, with 85% of its base in municipalities under 800,000 inhabitants and weekly processed orders rising from 140,000 to 420,000 over the past 12 months. The company reports an ARR of nearly $5 million, projects $8–9 million in ARR by year-end, and targets $20 million ARR and 20,000 restaurant clients by end of 2027. Brendi’s gross margin exceeds 40% and its cash burn is about R$800,000 per month, and management plans to use the recent funding to accelerate growth and restaurant acquisition.
