  • Pitz

    Participated · Seed · May 2026

Pitz offers a specialized operating platform for automotive repair shops that centralizes diagnostics, administration, parts procurement and logistics. Its technology includes an AI-powered virtual assistant that converts voice-described faults into repair plans and a marketplace with more than one million SKUs for parts sourcing. The company serves over 1,400 connected workshops and aims to reach more than 8,000 by 2026. Pitz has prioritized Brazil as its main growth market, establishing a fully local team there, and is preparing a formal entry into the United States targeting Latino independent auto communities. The startup will use the recent funding to bolster its AI capabilities and accelerate regional and U.S. expansion. The company was founded by Natália Salcedo, a former Rappi and Jokr executive.

  • Neofin

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2025

Neofin provides an AI-powered SaaS platform that automates accounts receivable workflows, turning AR into a data-driven, efficient process. The platform integrates with major ERPs and banks in Brazil and includes access to credit analysis data and bureau reporting through a partnership with Serasa. Founded in 2023 by Laura Camargo, Arthur Cunha, and Leandro Sarmento, the company is based in Sao Paulo. Neofin plans to use recent funding to develop new product features, notably a renegotiation portal, a CRM for Accounts Receivable, and an AI-based LLM integrated with WhatsApp for debtor communications. The platform aims to help finance teams save time and recover cash more effectively.

  • Assis

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2023

Assis built a virtual assistant with a bot integrated with ChatGPT to help self-employed professionals manage their businesses. The assistant supports the full customer journey, including first contact, task reminders, quotes, availability checks and payment collection; the platform is running in tests with a small number of clients. According to the company, about 23% of existing clients have seen increased sales after using the assistant. Assis monetizes via payment-capture fees and a SaaS subscription model that lets early users pay per-capture and later migrate to a paid subscription. The startup received R$27.5 million in its first investment, which will be used mainly to hire senior technology professionals and continue platform development ahead of a planned market launch in April. Founders are Raphael Machioni, João Bergamo and Vagner Dutra; Machioni and Bergamo previously held leadership roles at Vee Benefícios and Dutra was part of PicPay's founding tech team.
