- Harva
Participated · Equity · Jun 2026
Harva offers a purpose-built ERP for fresh-produce distributors that provides real-time inventory, lot-level traceability and a natural-language interface, paired with an embedded international factoring engine. The factoring product is integrated into the platform so customer operational data sharpens Harva's credit-risk model as volume scales. Its financing approach uses postharvest receivable factoring with limited recourse and is supported by COFACE; credit risk is primarily placed on U.S. buyers rather than Mexican exporters. Harva operates cross-border between Mexico and the United States from the Rio Grande Valley and serves customers on both sides of the Pharr–Reynosa corridor. With the new $3M equity raise and $110M credit facility, the company plans to scale financing volumes and to expand outreach to family offices and regional investment funds in Mexico and Latin America.
