The company reaches customers directly and via corporate partnerships where employers pay for employees' care, charging corporates about $3–4 per month per employee. 1Doc3 experienced rapid growth in 2020, rising from 2,500 to 35,000 consultations per month between February and December, became cashflow positive last year, and reported $120,000 in MRR in March 2021. It currently operates in Colombia and Mexico and plans to use new funding to expand further in the region and to build out a marketing and sales team.
