    Founded in 2019 by Mattia Montagna and Hoi-Kwong Lo out of a leading quantum security research group, Quantum Bridge Technologies develops quantum-safe cryptographic solutions centered on its patented Distributed Symmetric Key Establishment (DSKE) protocol. The DSKE protocol enables organisations to generate, distribute, and manage symmetric keys via a decentralized architecture that aims to remove single points of failure, improve scalability, and strengthen long-term cryptographic resilience. The company’s platform is designed to work across existing infrastructure, vendors, and security layers, allowing customers to add quantum-safe protection from optical encryptors to application-level systems without disrupting operations. Quantum Bridge positions its technology as practical and deployable today to address the systemic threat posed by emerging quantum computing. The company has raised a total of $16 million to date, including the recent $8 million Series A, and plans to use the new capital to accelerate global adoption and expand customer deployments.
