  • Everli

    Participated · Series C · Mar 2021

Founded in 2014, Everli operates a home-delivery grocery marketplace focused on convenience and time savings for Italian consumers. In addition to delivery, the company leverages its platform data to offer analytics and market research to large grocery retailers and FMCG brands, helping them make more informed commercial decisions. Everli reports growing order volumes, larger basket sizes, and improving unit economics as it scales in its core geographies. The company’s strategy centers on expanding share across Italy, broadening product assortment, and deepening collaborations with leading European retailers. Recent initiatives also include continued investment in technology and operational efficiency. Looking ahead, Everli plans to combine with Melar Acquisition Corp I and targets a public listing in the first quarter of 2026, using fresh capital to fund this trajectory.

  • BeMyEye

    Led · Series C · Nov 2017

BeMyEye provides real-time in-store data and actionable insights to FMCG and consumer electronics brands, focusing on numerical distribution, weekend out-of-stocks and promotional compliance. The platform collects and analyzes data and images, packaging findings for clients to optimize field force activity and go-to-market investments. Blue-chip customers include Mattel, Nestlé, Samsung, Heineken, Reckitt Benkiser, Lavazza and Ferrero. Since inception the company has collected over 2 million sets of data and images covering more than 650k stores and operates across numerous European countries and the USA. The company plans to use recent funding to further accelerate its European expansion and scale globally. Founded in 2011 and led by CEO Luca Pagano, BeMyEye is headquartered in the UK with offices in Italy, France and Spain. BeMyEye operates a mobile crowdsourcing platform that pays users to complete gamified, location-based tasks—such as photographing in-store promotions, checking prices, generating sales leads, and gathering street-level mapping data. The company says its crowd now totals 250,000 people after acquiring French competitor LocalEyes, positioning it as a market leader in Europe for real-world mobile crowdsourced data insight. BeMyEye will use new capital to fund international growth, accelerate product development, and increase the headcount of its technical team. The platform monetizes by selling precise, on-the-ground data to businesses and frames tasks as paid game-like challenges for users. LocalEyes’ team, user base, technology, and client relationships were folded into BeMyEye, and LocalEyes’ founders will remain in product and engineering roles to merge the platforms. BeMyEye operates a platform that lets brands and retailers measure in-store KPIs through a network of on-demand workers who use a mobile app to perform audits, mystery shopping and generate sales leads. The platform delivers real-time data analytics and galleries of pictures that customers can access through BeMyEye’s dashboard. Its crowdsourced model enables audits across thousands of stores in days while eliminating travel expenses. Customers named in the article include CPG companies (Unilever, Henkel, Barilla, Perfetti‑Van Melle, Colgate‑Palmolive, Illy), retailers (Auchan, Conad, Finiper) and telcos (Vodafone, H3g, Fastweb). The company was founded by Gian Luca Petrelli in 2011 and is co-led by former GfK executive Luca Antonietti. BeMyEye plans to use the new funding to grow its real-world analytics offering in new markets.
