    Butterfly Learnings offers a platform combining clinical therapy, inclusive schooling, diagnostics, digital therapeutics and technology-enabled interventions for children with autism, ADHD and learning disabilities. The company operates 90 centres across 22 cities and runs a therapist training institute that provides training based on behavioural healthcare standards. It holds an exclusive global licence for Get SET Early, an eye-tracking autism screening technology that has CDSCO approval to screen children from one year of age. Founded by Dr Sonam Kothari and Dr Abhishek Sen, Butterfly Learnings plans to expand its centre network beyond Maharashtra and build partnerships with hospitals and paediatricians. The company also intends to strengthen its technology and AI capabilities and scale its therapist training programme.

    Founded in 2019 and incubated at IIT Bombay’s SINE, Ayati Devices builds a portfolio of portable, point-of-care diagnostic devices covering multiple stages of diabetic foot assessment. Its flagship products include Vibrasense (vibration perception threshold testing), Vibrasense+T (adds warm and cold perception testing), Vasosense (peripheral artery disease screening), Angiocam (real-time tissue perfusion imaging) and the PODIA Trolley pay-per-test screening model. The company reports deployments of more than 10,000 devices across 30 countries and says its solutions have enabled over 1 million screenings, with clinical deployments at leading healthcare institutions. Vibrasense has undergone clinical evaluation in a study of 562 people with type 2 diabetes comparing it to conventional biothesiometry and nerve conduction studies. Ayati plans to use new funding to accelerate commercialisation, expand domestic and international presence, strengthen manufacturing, and invest further in research and artificial intelligence.

    Founded in 2024 and based in Bengaluru, Revspot offers an AI-native platform combining consumer intelligence, campaign analytics, lead enrichment, Voice AI, WhatsApp engagement and sales handoff to identify and qualify potential customers. The company serves more than 50 customers across sectors including real estate, education, automotive and wealth management, and is expanding into the broader BFSI segment. Revspot is developing Spot, an orchestration platform that integrates campaign planning, lead enrichment, Voice AI and lead quality feedback into a single workflow for qualified pipeline generation. The startup raised a $1.4 million seed round in 2024 and has now closed a $4.8 million Series A to fund product and engineering hires, sector expansion, and selected international growth. Founders are Darshan Subash, Chirag Wadhera and Varun Garg.

The company began in 2015 by supplying B2B clients such as Tata Group, Infosys and Indian Railways before shifting to B2C through Flipkart and Amazon and later building an offline network that now spans more than 15,000 retail touchpoints across India. Atomberg’s focus on efficiency and smart connectivity positions it as a modern alternative to legacy appliance brands. In FY24 the firm generated Rs 848 crore in operating revenue, up 31% YoY, while also cutting its losses by 31.7%. The latest funding round implies a post-money valuation of roughly US$500 million, and total capital raised now exceeds US$150 million. Management intends to use fresh funds to expand distribution and broaden its product portfolio while continuing R&D on energy-saving technologies.
