The company serves SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers globally, including in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Management says the new capital will accelerate expansion of its AI-native solutions and continuous feature launches with deeper native integrations. The platform is intended to drive operational efficiency, supply chain compliance, and scalable B2B connectivity. Crstl offers an AI-driven network of trading partners and integrations and a no-code EDI workflow that lets brands quickly connect and begin transacting with retailers, distributors and marketplaces. The platform provides transparent pricing and handles compliance, testing and certification, including generating compliant shipping labels and packing slips. Crstl targets smaller brands without developer resources, positioning itself alongside EDI players like Logicbroker and no-code e‑commerce enablers such as Popup and Rebuy. The company is making a national launch and is focused on further commercialization and hiring. Since launch it has been working with over 50 companies and has enabled 50,000 B2B shipments accounting for millions of dollars between brands and large retailers including Walmart, Target, Whole Foods and CVS. Founder Dipti Desai, who previously built data platforms at Uber, started Crstl to help direct-to-consumer brands expand into retail and wholesale channels.
