  • RIPI

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2026

Ripi was founded by Ian Tecklin to modernize frozen stuffed pasta and position itself as a premium alternative to legacy value brands. The company uses a chef-driven approach, working with Joe Sasto, and benefits from operational input from Michael Wystrach (ex-Freshly). Ripi completed a rollout in Whole Foods Market and is launching an exclusive SKU across 1,100 Target stores, bringing its total retail footprint to nearly 2,000 doors. Its founding thesis highlights updating a stagnant category whose average competitor is about 65 years old. Following the seed raise, the company plans to invest in retail media, expand field sales, and make key operational hires to support retail growth.

  • Feel Goods

    Participated · Seed · Aug 2025

Feel Goods is a direct-to-consumer supplements brand that sells drink-mix remedies targeting gut health, immunity and hydration. The company launched in early 2021 and has built a large social following—nearly 200,000 followers and 5 million TikTok likes—helping drive awareness and revenue. It has shipped over 4 million servings in the past three years, with most orders coming from subscriptions, and co-founder Brian Wong says revenue is in the “eight-figure” range while the business is growing profitably. The founders reduced paid advertising and shifted to in-house content creation, leaning on TikTok as a primary growth channel. With fresh capital, Feel Goods plans to expand beyond powder mixes into new formats (light liquids or gummies) next year and to begin a physical retail rollout in early 2026.

  • Wallround

    Participated · Seed · Aug 2025

Wallround is a Berlin-based renovation software startup offering a SaaS platform that manages every stage of renovation projects, from initial analysis and planning to purchasing, construction management, execution and final acceptance. The company was founded in 2024 and is led by Lukas Steinhilber, Tatiana Wotzasek and Henning von Oesen. Wallround raised a €4.2M seed funding round and intends to use the proceeds to expand operations, broaden its business reach and accelerate product development. Its core product bundles analytics, planning and procurement tools with construction execution and handover workflows to cover end-to-end renovation processes. The company aims to scale its offering across more projects and customers as it deploys the new capital. WALLROUND is developing a platform that assists private landlords in Germany to manage and execute property renovation, covering analysis, preparation and execution. The company focuses on enabling energy-efficient renovations and modernising inefficient residential properties across Europe. It targets multi-family homes in Germany as its entry market and aims to address the overdue €390 billion EU residential building renovation market. WALLROUND was founded recently and — according to the CEO — earned investor trust nine months after founding and four months after launch. The product addresses outdated, non-digital renovation processes and a shortage of reliable resources and guidance for energy-efficient refurbishments. Partnership with strategic industry players is central to its growth ambitions. Wallround delivers vertically integrated energetic renovations for multi-family houses and office buildings, combining planning, project steering and physical implementation with end-to-end digital processes. The founders—Lukas Steinhilber, Tatiana Wotzasek and Henning von Oesen—built the team to cover software, operational and construction expertise. The company develops technologies to accelerate renovation workflows for landlords and property holders but emphasizes that revenue is generated only once physical renovations are completed. Wallround reports a sales pipeline of over €3 million with a portion already converted, and says it has acquired leads without spending any money on marketing. The startup aims to become market leader in its Berlin segment, prioritize high quality and speed, and prepare expansion into new regions.

  • Steuerboard

    Participated · Seed · Jun 2025

Steuerboard is a B2B SaaS platform that uses agentic AI to streamline tax workflows, eliminate email "ping pong," automate routine data processes, and enhance collaboration between tax advisors and clients. The AI-native product integrates with existing systems to proactively handle routine decisions and workflows. Founded in 2023 and based in Düsseldorf, the company has onboarded nearly 100 tax offices and supports thousands of businesses each month. It raised €725,000 in a pre-seed round to accelerate product development and deepen market expansion across Germany. With the new capital Steuerboard plans to expand engineering and customer-success teams and accelerate development of advanced agentic AI workflows. Over the next 24 months the company aims to broaden its sales footprint across the DACH region and embed intelligent end-to-end workflows that anticipate advisor and client needs.

  • Windmill

    Led · Series A · Oct 2024

Windmill is an NYC-based air care brand led by brothers and co-CEOs Mike and Danny Mayer alongside Ryan Figlia. The company develops clean, design-forward air products intended to perform well and enhance home aesthetics. Its flagship Windmill Air Purifier is offered in white, navy, and bamboo and features a laser-based air quality sensor, automatic Eco Mode, dual Sleep Modes, and a companion app for user control. The purifier uses a DC fan motor to improve energy efficiency, reflecting the company's commitment to eco-consciousness and sustainability. Windmill plans to use proceeds from its recent Series A to expand operations and accelerate product development as it commercializes its air-care technology. Windmill makes modern, connected window air conditioners, currently selling an 8,300 BTU window-mounted unit with a 6,000 BTU model planned. The product emphasizes industrial design, a patent-pending pre-assembled installation kit, auto-dimming LED displays, and app control with Google Home and Amazon Alexa support. Windmill launched its first product in summer 2020, sold through its first run within 48 hours, and had a 10,000-person waitlist by March 2021. Direct-to-consumer demand combined with retail partnerships with Home Depot and PC Richard & Son produced 5,000% year-over-year growth from 2020–2021, and the company says there are thousands of units in every state of the nation. Financially, Windmill raised $3 million last year and is now adding $10 million via a mix of equity and debt to scale production and expand its lineup. Future plans include launching additional air products (fans, filtration, heaters, humidifiers, purifiers), building a connected suite for full-home air management, and a 2022 power conservation program to modulate grid load across its network of connected units.
