Overview
Bridge Investments is a Chicago-based venture capital firm focused on early to mid-stage companies. We seek out talented management teams of companies with clear growth potential, apply a disciplined and analytical approach throughout the transaction and portfolio management processes, and work in collaboration with management throughout the investment horizon. We understand and have experienced the unique challenges that businesses face during their various stages of development. We have found that certain fundamental principles from mature businesses can be applied to venture-stage opportunities to more quickly achieve profitability. Conversely, the progressive and innovative qualities of venture businesses can be applied to later stage enterprises to help ignite growth. We focus on industries where we have direct experience and relationships: tech-enabled services, SaaS, and consumer/digitally native brands, among others.

Founded in 2017, Automotus has built a computer-vision platform that lets municipalities and airports track curb activity, generate data analytics, and automate payments for commercial vehicles, ride-hail drivers, and delivery fleets. The system, already deployed in dozens of U.S. markets, supplies real-time insights that cities have used to redesign parking policies, as demonstrated by a deployment in Lincoln, Nebraska. By addressing the surge in ride-hailing and e-commerce deliveries, the company aims to make streets safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. Automotus’ business model centers on selling its software and camera hardware to public-sector agencies managing increasingly congested curb space. The company plans to use its newest capital to deepen product capabilities, expand into additional markets, and bolster customer support. Including the latest equity infusion, Automotus has raised $26 million in equity funding to date, alongside the newly secured credit line.
- Priori

Priori Legal runs a global Marketplace that matches in-house legal teams with vetted attorneys and a SaaS product, Scout, that manages outside-counsel panels and surfaces firm- and attorney-level insights. Marketplace hosts more than 8,000 attorneys, with lawyers in all 50 U.S. states and 55 countries covering over 700 practice proficiencies, and its Marketplace revenue grew approximately 250% year-over-year. Priori plans to expand product functionality, accelerate new product development, scale go-to-market efforts, and substantially grow headcount across sales, marketing, engineering, and operations using the new capital. Priori Legal operates a marketplace of vetted lawyers that runs competitive bidding and streamlines billing and onboarding for companies hiring outside counsel. Priori says it saves companies an average of 60% on outside‑counsel spending and reduces search time by 80%; client spending on the platform increased 200% in the last year. Founders Basha Rubin and Mirra Levitt launched the business as a legal marketplace for SMBs before finding its current enterprise model in 2016. Priori does not provide legal services itself and focuses on the process of rapidly identifying talent and making billing seamless. The company plans to use funding to grow the team, expand its international lawyer network, and build out data and machine‑learning capabilities across vetting, matchmaking, bidding and project scoping.
