Delimobil operates a car-sharing service in Russia with a fleet of over 15,000 vehicles and more than one million members. Its service is available in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Nizhniy Novgorod, Ekaterinburg, Samara, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar and Tula. The company raised $75M in pre-IPO funding from VTB, which bought a stake of around 15%. Delimobil said it will use the proceeds to continue expanding operations and its business reach. The investment was made ahead of a planned listing in New York.
