Device42 is a New Haven, Conn.-based provider of software that automatically and agentlessly discovers entire IT infrastructure and maps application dependencies. Led by CEO Raj Jalan, the company's platform gives comprehensive and current insight into any computing environment. Device42 serves customers in more than 60 countries, including Global 2000 clients and systems integrators. On July 3, 2019, Device42 raised $34M in funding; the backers were not disclosed. In connection with the transaction, Dan Phillips (former CEO and Chairman of CloudHealth Technologies) and Darren Battistoni (Managing Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners) joined Device42’s board of directors.
