Dgenious develops and markets a specialized business-intelligence solution that gives multi-site retailers and restaurants direct access to consolidated key metrics in real time. The product connects directly to customers' databases (POS, ERP, CRM) and consolidates data in real time, enabling users to generate analyses, reports and dashboards quickly. The company positions its technology as radically different from conventional BI systems and designed for easy, immediate access by any user. Dgenious serves customers in hospitality, luxury, retail, fashion and health, operating across several European countries with clients running dozens to several hundred outlets, including mixed company-owned and franchise models. Founded in 2014 in Sierre (Valais) and incubated by The Ark, Dgenious now has its operational headquarters in Brussels and an R&D center in Sierre. A new investment of over €1 million from The Faktory Fund and finance&invest.bruxelles will be used to accelerate its expansion in Europe and strengthen its market position.
