Dil Foods partners with local restaurants to operate multiple cuisine-led cloud brands, leveraging technology enablement, standardized operations, and a food-tech-enabled supply chain that uses ready-to-cook formats and centralized sourcing. The platform has onboarded more than 300 restaurant partners across six cities and currently operates 10 regional food brands. It has established a one lakh square foot central kitchen in Bengaluru to support consistency and scalability. Dil Foods has raised Rs 113 crore to date, including Rs 72 crore in its Series B and Rs 37.7 crore across Seed and Series A rounds. The company plans to diversify its portfolio across cuisines, enter additional high-growth markets, and scale to 600 locations by FY28. Management targets an annualised revenue run rate of Rs 500 crore as it expands operations and market presence.
