DiliTrust provides the DiliTrust Governance Suite, a unified, secure and user-friendly SaaS platform composed of modules for board management, legal entities, contracts, litigation and data rooms. The company serves more than 2,000 customers across nearly 50 countries and is a market leader in France, Canada, Italy, Spain and Morocco. DiliTrust reported turnover of nearly €20 million in 2021, employs more than 170 staff, and has sustained annual growth of over 30%. The product emphasizes security, traceability and ease of deployment to help in-house legal teams handle digital transformation, collaboration and compliance. DiliTrust plans to accelerate growth both organically and through acquisitions, pursue international expansion, continue product innovation and carry out a significant recruitment initiative over the next twelve months. DiliTrust offers a full range of SaaS-based corporate governance solutions and services for legal, financial and internal control functions, led by CEO Yves Garagnon. Its product suite includes DiliTrust Exec (board digitization), DiliTrust Governance (collaborative legal ops platform), DiliTrust Data Room (secure electronic datarooms) and DiliTrust MFT (secure large-file transfer). The company serves over 500 customers in more than 40 countries and maintains offices in Montreal, Toronto, Paris, Dubai and Milan. DiliTrust raised US$8m in new funding to support growth. Management intends to use the proceeds to open new markets, potentially through strategic acquisitions, to maintain technological leadership and to continue enhancing its product and service range. Calcium Capital made a minority investment alongside the current management team, which retains control of the capital.
