Flaer makes home interior materials and was founded by Vikas Dosala and Pawas Prakash. The founders previously held leadership roles at D2C fresh grocery startup Fraazo—Dosala as co-founder and COO and Prakash as a senior executive. Flaer raised $2.5 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Singularity Ventures and the family office of Asian Paints vice chairman Manish Choksi, with participation from three undisclosed angel investors. The company said it will use the funds to establish product–market fit. Flaer is expected to become fully operational within the next three months, according to the company statement.
