Dubformer is an Amsterdam-based AI dubbing provider for media and entertainment, founded in 2023 by Anton Dvorkovich. Its core product uses proprietary emotion transfer technology and other AI techniques to capture emotional nuances in dubbed speech. The company localizes video content for a global audience and supports over 130 languages. Dubformer serves over 200 clients globally, including Paramount and Little Dot Studios. In March 2025 the company raised €3.4 million in a seed round led by Almaz Capital with participation from s16vc, FinSight and angel investors. The funding will be used to expand its emotion transfer technology and further develop AI-powered dubbing solutions to improve emotional expression and localization accuracy.
