- Dwelly
Participated · Series B · Jul 2026
Dwelly acquires independent UK letting agencies and migrates their operations onto an AI-first platform that handles tenant inquiries, onboarding, rent collection, maintenance, and compliance, reserving staff intervention for judgment calls. The company manages 15,000 properties with a £350 million rent roll and says its automation increases a property manager’s capacity to over 300 units from about 100 previously. Founded in 2023 by Ilya Drozdov, Dan Lifshits, and Dmitry Khanukov—who previously built and sold a 10,000-property rental business—Dwelly combined acquisitions with mandatory automation from the outset. Its operating model distinguishes it from software-only proptech and traditional roll-ups by owning agencies and enforcing platform-driven workflows. Dwelly plans product expansions including financial products for landlords and tenants and aims to scale into some European markets while increasing headcount substantially this year.
- Passionfroot
Participated · Series A · Jul 2026
Passionfroot operates a marketplace that matches B2B creators with brands and manages creator discovery, campaign execution and payments via a proprietary creator graph and a global wallet. The company released an AI agent called Zest to help brands create, execute and monitor campaigns and to find suitable creators on and off the platform. Over the last year Passionfroot reported 13x revenue growth and has onboarded clients including ElevenLabs, Figma, Replit, Framer, and Gamma. It has paid at least $10 million to creators in the past 18 months. The startup plans to expand its product suite with additional AI features for creators (monetization tips and content ideas) and to build tools to measure campaign impact on AI citations and AI-powered answers. To support growth it is opening offices in New York and São Paulo and increasing headcount from its roughly 15 current employees.
- Nudge
Participated · Seed · Jun 2026
Nudge operates an agentic commerce platform that measures how brands and SKUs appear across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews), enriches product catalogs so AI agents can read and recommend products, and delivers shoppable funnels that convert AI-driven discovery into purchases within brand storefronts. The platform maps schema and conversational attributes, pushes fixes to storefronts like Shopify, WooCommerce and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and aligns with emerging protocols such as ACP and UCP. Nudge reports early customer traction with deployments at a leading health and nutrition brand and a large footwear brand, and says brands using the platform have achieved up to 4x growth in AI visibility and a 24% lift in orders. The company plans to use its new funding to deepen protocol integrations, scale engineering and GTM capabilities, and further develop the AI architecture behind catalog enrichment and funnel personalization. Founders Kanishka Thakur and Gaurav Rawat previously built Klutchh, an esports platform they scaled to 100,000 users before pivoting to build Nudge.

All3 plans to deploy an initial fleet of robots on commercial construction projects in Germany as its first launch market. - Staks
Participated · Series A · Feb 2026
Staks Technologies B.V., headquartered in London, develops specialized AI agents that connect directly to all of a company’s finance systems, unify fragmented data, and automate end-to-end financial workflows. By providing a consistent real-time view of finances, the platform enables CFO teams to shift from manual reconciliation to higher-level analysis and decision-making. The company is now rolling out a reporting and analytics module called “AI Flux Analysis,” which lets users ask natural-language questions and instantly uncover drivers of transaction variances. Staks positions itself against incumbents in the $100 billion-plus finance software market. To date, it claims more than 30 enterprise customers worldwide and reports saving them roughly 100,000 hours of work. Founder and CEO Albert Malikov emphasizes that the AI-ready data layer is key to solving the pervasive problem of fragmented financial data.
