DVTEL plans to use the proceeds to fund corporate growth, significant R&D and continued evolution of its VMS and camera technologies, and to expand vertical marketing strategies worldwide. Management has highlighted initiatives to extend offerings toward cloud-based, shared-resources architectures and to further define Cyber Defense technologies for IP video networks. The company showcased new products such as United VMS 7.0, a new Web client, Quad HD cameras with true WDR, and Quasar 4K Certified Solutions at ISC West 2015. DVTEL is based in Ridgefield Park, N.J. DVTel builds IP-based smart security solutions that combine cameras, encoders, built-in analytics and software to monitor physical assets and facilities. Its offerings include security IP cameras, video encoders and a recently launched mobile app for Apple, Android and Windows with Google Earth integration. The company targets enterprise and critical-infrastructure customers across transportation hubs, city centers, power and nuclear facilities, campuses and distributed global operations. DVTel’s software enables clients to leverage existing network infrastructure to increase surveillance ROI and supports deployments from a few cameras to thousands of channels. The company said the new financing will be used to refinance existing debt and support its growth plans. DVTel is headquartered in Ridgefield Park, N.J., and is led by CEO Yoav Stern.
