They look for companies in growing or fragmented industries with revenues in excess of $10 million and EBITDA in excess of $2 million. The investment opportunity may be an acquisition strategy, management buy-out or buy-in, growth capital, balance sheet recapitalization, or family wealth transfer. Company messaging and investor commentary highlight a first-mover advantage, strong unit economics, strong free cash flow characteristics, and strong revenue visibility. The firm positions IG‑SRT as a non-invasive alternative for treating non-melanoma skin cancers. Recent capital was intended to support a shareholder dividend and to capitalize the company for future growth.

The company has representation in over 100 countries and recently acquired Germany-based SeeTec GmbH while launching Ocularis 5. Seacoast’s $16 million initial growth capital investment will be used to extend OnSSI’s product lines into the middle market with an easy-to-install appliance and to expand the Business Video Intelligence (BVI) business of an affiliate. Seacoast will also provide access to additional working capital over the term of its investment to support global initiatives. The deal is expected to support further product expansion while maintaining a conservatively structured and strong balance sheet.

The company said the new financing will be used to refinance existing debt and support its growth plans. DVTel is headquartered in Ridgefield Park, N.J., and is led by CEO Yoav Stern.
