Eccang Technology, founded in Shenzhen in 2013, builds cross-border e-commerce software and middleware and operates a full mid-platform system. Its product suite expanded from four core offerings to 12 product lines, including cross-border seller ERP, overseas warehouse WMS, freight-forwarding TMS, M2B, BI, SRM, DWMS, cloud WMS and DMS. The company serves thousands of customers, naming Deppon Logistics, Ward Industrial, Barn, Global Starlight and Capesi among clients. It employs more than 260 people, with roughly 50% in the technical team. Eccang plans to use the nearly $10M Series A to fund software R&D, recruit high-end cross-border talent, drive customer growth and build its ecosystem. Management says it will continue investing in product innovation, stability and upgrades to deliver more efficient, lower-cost intelligent collaboration for cross-border sellers.
