Overview
Founded in 2016 by Clément Meslin, Philippe Riveron, Raphaël Droissart and Rémi Lesaint, Edflex offers a digital learning platform that aggregates content from more than 10,000 publishers across 25 formats. Its new product, Edflex Copilot, leverages generative AI to deliver immersive simulations with voice and emotion, granular progress analytics, contextual recommendations and automated skills assessment. The solution integrates natively with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Workday, SAP and 360Learning so that learning occurs inside the flow of work. Edflex serves over 300 corporate customers and 1.5 million users in 140 countries, supported by a workforce of 100+ employees spread across France, Italy, the United States and Canada. The company executed its first acquisition in Italy in 2024 and plans to open a North American office in 2025 while localizing content to meet regional regulations. Its model of continuous, curated learning positions it as a European alternative to large U.S. and Asian digital-learning platforms. Edflex became profitable on its historical markets in 2025 and has now raised a cumulative €32 million since 2021 to accelerate its AI roadmap and international expansion.
