- Strong by Form
Participated · Equity · Jul 2026
Strong by Form develops Woodflow, a digitally molded structural biomaterial made from wood residues (e.g., radiata pine, fir) combined with resin to produce pieces that the company says reach concrete-level strength at a fraction of the weight and using less wood than cross-laminated timber. Founded in 2018 in Santiago by Andrés Mitnik (CEO), Jorge Christie (CPO) and Daniel Del Río (CTO), the company operates a plant in La Reina with four robots and a laser cutter and employs about 25 people. Its technology has been used in real projects, including a balsa wood cladding installation in the departures hall of Quito airport. The new capital is intended to fund a pilot plant in Spain by late 2027 to scale toward industrial construction applications. Financially, Strong by Form completed a roughly $5M seed in 2023 and has now advanced the first tranche of its third round.
- Iceberg Data Lab
Participated · Series A · Apr 2024
Iceberg Data Lab provides a platform that measures and monitors environmental metrics and delivers holistic environmental life cycle analysis of portfolio companies for financial institutions. Its proprietary metrics include Carbon Footprint, Science-Based 2°C Alignment (SB2A), Corporate Biodiversity Footprint (CBF), Positive Contribution and Green Scores. The firm says its platform is used by over 50 major financial institutions worldwide, including Natixis, Solactive, HSBC and Amundi, and that its Corporate Biodiversity Footprint is widely used and recognised as a market standard. The company was launched in 2019 amid rising regulatory pressure (CSRD, EUDR and TNFD) driving demand for higher-quality environmental data. The startup recently closed the first tranche of a Series A and has now raised over $15 million in total. Iceberg plans to deploy the new capital to expand globally (with a focus on the UK), develop its product pipeline and invest in technologies to enhance client solutions.
- Naboo
Participated · Equity · Feb 2024
Founded in 2022 in Paris, Naboo has built an all-in-one software and services platform that lets enterprises book, manage and run meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) globally. The product aggregates venue sourcing, catering, activities and transportation, delivering instant quotes and transparent pricing as an alternative to traditional agency models. Naboo combines the platform with operational support and is used by global organisations such as Meta, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, HubSpot, Figma and ElevenLabs. The company is now developing AI capabilities, including an autonomous booking agent, automated tender management and an integrated corporate payment card that plugs into clients’ existing procurement systems. With these additions, Naboo plans to move beyond events into broader “tail-spend” procurement categories that share fragmented supplier bases, complex compliance needs and multiple payment flows. The business has expanded across Europe and North America and reports rapidly growing enterprise adoption. Prior to the latest round Naboo had raised a €20 million Series A in January 2025, underscoring investor confidence in its growth trajectory.
