Educ-up is a social-impact education startup founded in 2019 in Réunion that develops socio-educational solutions for early childhood and vulnerable populations. It is certified as an "entreprise solidaire d’utilité sociale" and operates two education brands: Domissori (in-home childcare and tutoring) and Edacademy (an online training center for early-childhood professionals). The group employs about 600 people, of whom roughly 50 manage operations and the remainder are part-time local professionals; it supports about 1,000 families, approximately 90% of whom meet low-income criteria. Educ-up uses a territorial approach to unlock the potential of parents and professionals and to reach youths and adults disengaged from learning. The company plans to broaden Domissori's service offerings, digitalize portions of staff–beneficiary interactions, and strengthen personnel follow-up through training, mentoring and peer communities, while expanding geographically.
