The company says its software is already operational with customers and emphasizes unique collaboration and transparency features not available in traditional ATS. Founders Christian Rampelt and Nils Effertz bring roughly two decades of experience in recruiting and the software industry across Germany and the U.S., and the startup acquired Swiss firm Softfactors AG one year after founding to complement development. Financially, EmmySoft has initiated its next growth phase with an investment of more than €4.5 million that will be used to advance value for established ATS, build additional channel partners, and push international expansion with a focus on the U.S.
