Encore AI’s platform collects call recordings, emails, text messages and CRM data to perform “interaction mining,” identifying which conversational playbooks drive successful outcomes. It uses those findings to train AI agents that can communicate with customers by voice or text or act as assistants recommending responses and tactics to employees. The company began in 2022 as Insait IO under CEO Dvir Ginzburg and has since rebranded and expanded its offering beyond recommendation software for financial advisers. Encore serves more than 40 enterprise customers, mostly financial institutions, and said its ARR has grown over 5x since its seed round under 18 months ago. The startup faces potential competition from large CRM vendors but argues its focus on historical conversational data and playbook-driven agents is a differentiator. Encore plans to use the Series A proceeds to expand U.S. sales and deploy its platform with additional large financial institutions.
