Everyangle provides a computer vision and machine learning platform that analyses CCTV footage to detect events of interest without human review. Its solutions include store performance, demographic footfall analysis, in-store engagement, checkout scan avoidance, stockroom utilisation, labour rest-break compliance and PPE compliance. The platform flags scan-avoidance events, suspicious refunds, voids and card activations, and the company says it can cut the cost of investigating suspicious checkout transactions by 90%. Everyangle has built strategic go-to-market partnerships with vendors and distributors such as Cisco, SAP, TD Synnex, CDW and WWT and serves customers including Mulberry, Peloton, Oxford Industries, Joey’s Restaurant Group, Vinfast and RaceTrac. Led by CEO David Owens, the company plans to use new funding to accelerate sales, invest in product development and expand further in the US and UK. It also intends to increase headcount over the next 24 months, recruiting in machine learning, data science, software engineering, product management and sales.
