Exizent is developing a platform that connects the data, services and network of people involved when someone dies to reduce uncertainty and speed up bereavement administration. The product is designed to help legal services firms and executors manage probate/confirmation and to automatically discover estate assets by connecting third parties. Exizent plans to build digital connections with institutions that hold data to streamline queries and reduce reliance on physical documents. The company spent 18 months designing, developing, and testing the product with partners and intends to launch the platform to legal services professionals later this year. Founders Nick Cousins and Aleks Tomczyk lead the business from Glasgow. Financially, Exizent has secured a £3.6 million seed investment to support its go‑to‑market and product rollout.
