Its platform lets advisors integrate clients' values into investment strategies and create customised portfolios and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) aligned with clients' goals and principles. Avenir's tools aim to reduce administrative time for advisors while demonstrating tangible impact beyond financial returns. The company is led by CEO Jeremy Bensoussan and intends to use the new funding to expand operations and accelerate development efforts. Avenir raised $530K in a Pre-Seed round from SFC Capital, Techstars and angel investors, with involvement from financial institutions such as FNZ, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley. Exizent is developing a platform that connects the data, services and network of people involved when someone dies to reduce uncertainty and speed up bereavement administration. The product is designed to help legal services firms and executors manage probate/confirmation and to automatically discover estate assets by connecting third parties. Exizent plans to build digital connections with institutions that hold data to streamline queries and reduce reliance on physical documents. The company spent 18 months designing, developing, and testing the product with partners and intends to launch the platform to legal services professionals later this year. Founders Nick Cousins and Aleks Tomczyk lead the business from Glasgow. Financially, Exizent has secured a £3.6 million seed investment to support its go‑to‑market and product rollout.
