Eyris
1200 New York Avenue NW Suite 400, Washington, DC, 20005, United States
Overview
Eyris offers a suite of blockchain technologies that provide cybersecurity, secure communications, and data protection, including mitigations against ransomware for the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and private-sector customers. Its platform is cloud- and encryption-agnostic, able to work with various cloud providers and encryption methods and to interface with existing applications such as Outlook and Slack. Eyris emerged out of stealth in 2023 and was co-founded by Kevin Keaton, a U.S. Army veteran and former Chief of Innovation for the NSA. The company is the first public launch under Red Cell Partners’ newly formed Cyber Practice, which is led by former NSA Deputy Director George Barnes. Red Cell Partners announced $3 million in pre-seed funding to support Eyris’s initial operations and pilots. The funding will enable a pilot program with the DoD and support plans to extend services to other federal agencies and commercial sectors including finance, logistics, healthcare, and cybersecurity.
