- Trase
Participated · Seed · Jun 2026
Trase offers an agentic operating system, Trase Origin, and a suite of hundreds of deployable AI agents designed for high-stakes, regulated environments with requirements for security, governance, and auditability. The platform supports deployment across cloud, on-prem, or edge environments and includes features such as data sovereignty, reinforcement learning from human feedback, continuous monitoring, immutable audit trails, and a judgment layer to route decisions to humans when appropriate. Trase is HIPAA and SOC2 compliant and reports live deployments at Duke University Health System, where its fax routing agent reportedly processes faxes 7.1x faster than manual routing, saves 1,395 staff hours per month, and unlocks $285,450 in annual staff capacity. The company launched publicly last fall, has grown to 55 employees with hubs in Seattle and the Washington, D.C., metro area, and is headquartered in McLean, Va. Following its $107M Seed raise, Trase plans to expand its go-to-market team and continue development of its operating system and agent ecosystem.
- Claros
Led · Seed · Mar 2026
Claros builds a chip-to-grid power platform composed of an integrated voltage regulator (IVR) that delivers power directly to processing units and a Power Gateway, a DC-native power distributor that reduces AC/DC conversion losses and integrates with power sources. Since emerging from stealth, Claros has fabricated three IVR designs (T0, A1 and a third design) with T0 confirming the architecture and A1 currently on test; a fourth design is planned for fabrication based on customer requirements. The company has also completed initial hardware and software designs for Power Gateway and assembled a demonstration unit for lab testing. Claros says its mesh network architecture can scale power delivery from a single 40-amp module to clusters capable of delivering over 40,000 amps. Financially, the company raised $9.75M at stealth and has now closed a $30M seed round to fund lab expansion, prototyping, hiring, and initial manufacturing runs. The team has grown by 26 employees across its Los Angeles lab and Northern Virginia office since launch.
- Evoke Security
Participated · Seed · Feb 2026
Evoke Security is building a security platform specifically designed for the emerging “agentic workforce,” in which AI agents operate alongside humans inside the enterprise. The product auto-discovers every agent, skill, tool, and data source, eliminating Shadow AI and establishing a live inventory and governance layer. It performs AI Security Posture Management and threat modeling, mapping attack paths and flagging over-permissioned or malicious agents before they are exploited. A third pillar delivers real-time detection, prevention, and response, blocking risky behaviors such as data exfiltration as they occur. Deployment options include a lightweight endpoint sensor for local agents, a browser extension for SaaS agents, and an SDK/proxy for production agents, allowing installation in minutes with no workflow disruption. The company envisions a future in which every employee is supported by multiple AI agents and intends to be the foundational security layer for that ecosystem. Evoke has been accepted into the 2026 CrowdStrike, AWS & NVIDIA Accelerator Program and is a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program. Its immediate financial footing is a $4 million pre-seed raise that will fund further product development and early go-to-market efforts.
- Valinor Enterprises
Participated · Series A · Jan 2026
Founded in 2024, Valinor Enterprises operates as an operational holding company that builds and acquires specialized “Product Companies” for the defense and broader public-sector markets. The firm centralizes infrastructure and go-to-market functions while decentralizing engineering, enabling it to move from demand signal to fielded product with unusual speed. In its first year Valinor publicly launched five companies—Harbor, Reflex, Dispatch, Streamline and Condor—that are already winning contracts across the Department of War, the Intelligence Community, civilian agencies and commercial customers. Management is now incubating new product lines in military construction, munitions lifecycle management and maritime support, with initial roll-outs slated for early 2026. The $54 million Series A financing announced in January 2026 lifts total capital raised to more than $85 million, providing resources to scale existing offerings, create additional product companies and pursue corporate development opportunities. No operating metrics such as revenue or headcount were disclosed in the announcement.
- Crux
Led · Seed · Nov 2025
Founded in 2024, Crux offers a digital benefits platform enabling employers to purchase QoL medications directly from global pharmaceutical manufacturers at competitive prices without coupons, rebates, or reimbursement hassles. Employers can configure contribution levels, select care-support vendors, and only pay for benefits actually used, with no upfront or recurring costs. The platform allows enrollment at any time, provides next-day delivery on prescriptions, and includes free engagement tools and educational resources for employees. Crux’s leadership team previously scaled employer benefits programs at Rally Health, which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group in 2017. The company plans to open employer configuration in January 2026 and begin delivering prescriptions in or before February 2026. Current financial details beyond fundraising were not disclosed. The company aims to use its new capital to expand operations and accelerate product development.
