Faba, founded in 2019 and headquartered in Treviso, builds screen-free audio entertainment devices and physical sound figurines for children aged 0–10. Its flagship products, FABA Cuentacuentos and FABA+, use "Personajes Sonoros" figurines to unlock over 200 audio content experiences in Spanish, Italian, French, and English. The company has reached over 370,000 families across Italy, Spain, France, and Belgium, with 30,000 families in Spain and 1.7 million figurines sold. Faba reported €10 million in revenue in 2024 and is targeting €15 million in 2025. With the new capital, it plans to consolidate its presence in Spain, expand an omnichannel retail strategy across more than 2,000 European outlets, invest in product development, and grow the team by 20 hires by 2027. Its audio-first, screen-free approach emphasizes language and cognitive development and has support from educators and a University of Trieste study reporting improvements among users.
