Faks
50 Rue de Paradis, Paris, Île-de-France, 75010, France
Overview
Faks provides a centralised web and mobile platform that streamlines interactions between pharmacies, laboratories, and pharmacy groups, consolidating supplier relations into a single interface. Its features let pharmacy owners and staff manage complaints, process returns of expired medications, and coordinate commercial operations. The platform also helps laboratories oversee customer relations to improve client satisfaction and commercial efficiency. Faks emphasises neutrality, modularity, and security, and handles data in compliance with European regulations. The product is adopted by over 17,000 pharmacies, 500 laboratories, and 130 pharmacy groups. Faks will use the new financing to double its R&D team from 7 to 15 employees and pursue international expansion, with a focus on Spain and Italy. Faks provides a SaaS platform that centralises pharmacies' communications with suppliers to digitise after-sales operations. Its platform handles promotions, claims and expired-product management, keeping supplier comms in one place. The company has rolled out in France and, after three years, claims to be the market leader. Faks reports onboarding 60% of French pharmacies and a network that includes 12,000 partner pharmacies, 118 pharmacy associations and more than 700 pharmaceutical companies, including Biogaran, Biocodex and Bouchara. The founders are Corentin Geoffray, Clément Goupy and Félix Pignard and the company is Paris-based. Faks plans to use the new funding to consolidate its French leadership and to expand across Europe.
