Launched in 2022, Faye offers an award-winning app and platform that lets travelers purchase coverage quickly, file claims digitally, and receive near-instant reimbursements to mobile wallets while in-trip. Its product suite includes distribution platforms for travel agencies, OTAs and airlines, AI-first policy and claims management, telemedicine, eSIM connectivity, lounge access and real-time concierge assistance. The company says it has become the fastest-growing and highest-rated travel insurance provider in the U.S., has earned more than 20 industry awards, and doubled revenue over the past year. Faye is investing heavily in AI to make underwriting, traveler assistance and claims faster and more autonomous, targeting that AI will resolve over half of claims autonomously by year-end. It plans geographic expansion and deeper partnerships with travel distributors, and will expand its travel fintech features through Faye Wallet to improve in-trip money management and payouts. The company has raised $100M in total funding following the Series C and recently established a U.S. headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.
