Finnt builds a platform that enables international families to set up joint savings accounts and move money using digital assets and blockchain technologies. The product offers inflation-beating interest rates on joint savings accounts and is designed to help family members support each other financially across borders. Finnt has developed an MVP that is currently in private beta with a few hundred users. The company plans to launch a full public version, including a mobile app, by the end of 2022 and will use new funding to establish necessary banking infrastructure. Founders plan to expand the team from six to roughly 10–12 employees, hiring customer success, design, and marketing in Miami while keeping engineering in France. Finnt participated in Y Combinator’s winter 2022 cohort.
