Key features include a Carrier Store marketplace, an Appetite Finder to match carriers to risks, and an AI-driven validation tool for Errors & Omissions documents. The AI validation automates the majority of the verification process and reduced compliance approval times for new agents from weeks to minutes, enabling faster agent onboarding. Centana Growth Partners has acquired a majority stake with an initial investment exceeding $60M to support product growth and market expansion. First Connect was previously an indirect wholly‑owned subsidiary of Hippo Holdings Inc.
