Firsthand Supply is a clean, environmentally friendly line of gender-neutral hair and body care products that follows a "people first" approach to production. Founded in 2016 by Joshua Hester and Filipe Inacio, the brand was created out of frustration at finding quality hair care without harmful ingredients. The company uses only clean, honestly sourced natural ingredients and recycled materials for packaging. Firsthand Supply plans to launch three new products over the next 12 months and pursue an omni-channel strategy including more direct-to-consumer selling and retail opportunities such as Sephora. Founders say the omni-channel push and scaled production could eventually quadruple or sextuple overall revenue.
