FlowBank, founded in 2020 and licensed by FINMA, operates FlowBank and FlowBank Pro platforms for private and institutional clients. The firm provides access to more than 50,000 financial products including stocks, bonds, commodities, ETFs, Forex and CFDs. It emphasizes intuitively designed investing platforms, educational trading courses led by seasoned experts, and highly competitive pricing. FlowBank plans to launch MetaTrader 4 and to enable customers to directly buy, HODL and sell cryptocurrencies and other tokenized assets beginning next year using CoinShares' technology stack. The company is expanding domestically with a new Zurich office at Löwenplatz. Following the strategic investment, CoinShares holds 110,000 shares representing 9.02% of FlowBank's enlarged share capital.
