Overview
FlowX.ai offers a platform that lets enterprises port legacy and newer software into a single place to build and run applications and services. It applies AI, including generative AI, to automate integration and service creation, enabling users to request new services in natural language and engineers to fine-tune results. The platform is built on an open architecture with connector technology that can be extended in any programming language to integrate systems. FlowX.ai primarily serves financial-sector customers — including BNP Paribas, OTP, Banca Transilvania and Alpha Bank — and leverages systems integrators like IBM and KPMG to reach users. Since launching its product in 2021, the company says some 30 million users have interacted with products and services built on its platform. PitchBook lists revenue of $1.55 million for the year ended December 2022, a year-over-year increase of over 735%; the company plans to use new funding to continue product development and international expansion while keeping a near-term focus on finance. FLOWX.AI is an enterprise development platform that enables banks and financial institutions to build digital apps while wrapping and orchestrating legacy systems. The platform claims it can deliver web and mobile front-ends in just 10 weeks and provides a path to rebuild legacy infrastructure from within. Its AI-enabled Apeiron UX engine can automatically create modern, intuitive front-ends and consolidate business logic across systems. In November 2021 the company raised an $8.5M seed round, noted as one of the largest European seed rounds that year. FLOWX.AI plans to use the capital to expand in Europe and the US and to grow the team by more than 20 people by the end of Q1 2022. The firm will also increase engineering and data science bandwidth to enhance AI components and develop new functionality.
