- Resoloon
Led · Seed · Aug 2026
Resoloon builds an ultra-light stratospheric balloon system designed to operate at around 30 km altitude for high-resolution earth observation. Its system weighs under 4 kg including optics, sensors, Starlink connectivity and control, and is intended to cover roughly 800 km² per balloon. Positioning and station-keeping rely on an AI model that simulates winds across 15 atmospheric layers and steers the platform via controlled altitude changes rather than heavy propulsion. Data transmission is enabled via Starlink. The company targets both military reconnaissance and civilian use cases such as infrastructure monitoring, disaster response and environmental or agricultural observation. Financially, Resoloon completed a €550,000 Pre-Seed round in February 2026 led by Day One Capital and Project Europe.
- imagi
Led · Seed · Jul 2026
Imagi builds classroom tools and curriculum to teach K–12 students coding, basic computer skills and AI literacy, and it partners with tools like Lovable to provide controlled, teacher-managed access to vibe coding. The platform screens every prompt and generated response and asserts compliance with COPPA, FERPA and GDPR to avoid retaining student data or allowing partners to train on student activity. Imagi trains teachers on using AI and computational tools so they can confidently teach students how to build with AI rather than just consume it. Since launching in 2018, the company says it has reached more than 700,000 students across 140 countries. OpenAI provided $1 million in credits to enable free access to the Imagi x Lovable tool for schools. Imagi plans to use fresh capital to expand into more K–12 schools, grow district sales efforts, hire staff, add product features and launch a new platform next month.
- Volteum
Participated · Seed · Jun 2026
Volteum offers a comprehensive daily operations platform that aggregates fleet data in one place, including charging schedules, battery health for EVs, proactive maintenance data and location tracking for all vehicle types. The platform leverages data manufacturers already collect, enabling newly integrated fleets to go live within 48 hours without vehicle downtime or hardware installation. It also provides long-term and individualized fleet electrification planning. Founded in 2022 and led by CEO Zsófia Tóth, Volteum serves customers across Europe such as Royal Mail, Bolt, Lex Autolease, Schneider Electric, OTP Bank, NG Bailey and Dundee City Council. The company has offices in London and Budapest and plans to use recent funding to expand throughout the UK, BeNeLux and DACH.
- Allonic
Participated · Seed · Feb 2026
Founded in 2021 and based in Budapest, Allonic is a robotics hardware company pioneering a proprietary 3D Tissue Braiding process that weaves soft-tissue-like fibres around skeletal cores to create fully integrated robotic limbs and bodies in a single automated step. By replacing assembly-heavy designs with continuous fabrication, the platform removes supply-chain complexity and cuts iteration cycles from weeks to minutes, allowing users to design, build and replace manipulators on demand. The system can embed multiple materials—including elastics, wiring and sensors—directly into the structure, producing safer, more compliant and customisable robots at lower cost. Allonic has already completed its first pilot in electronics manufacturing after unveiling the technology in May 2025, demonstrating applicability where traditional industrial robots fall short. The company plans to use new capital to accelerate platform development, grow its engineering and operations teams, and run further pilots and early commercial deployments with industrial partners. Its €6 million pre-Seed round is the largest such financing recorded in Hungary to date, underscoring investor conviction in its infrastructure-level approach to robotics. While no revenue figures have been disclosed, the early traction positions Allonic to address a growing gap between advanced AI control software and legacy hardware manufacturing.
- ABZ Innovation
Participated · Equity · Jan 2026
ABZ Innovation is a Hungary-based manufacturer of heavy-duty action drones built for agricultural spraying and spreading as well as industrial cleaning and other specialized jobs. Its systems combine robust, high-payload hardware with a full-stack European autonomy platform, offering customers a supply-chain-secure and data-sovereign alternative to leading Chinese suppliers. The drones are already operating in more than 25 countries, with notable traction in the United States. By enabling precision application of crop-protection products and fertilizers, the agricultural models reduce chemical and water usage and help address labor shortages in high-value crops. Industrial variants remove workers from hazardous environments such as high-altitude or contaminated surfaces, improving safety and cutting downtime. The company positions itself as Europe’s chief challenger in the heavy-duty drone segment, pairing competitive pricing with strong partner support. Proceeds from its latest financing will scale production, accelerate R&D, and expand its distributor network, underscoring its push to make advanced drone automation widely accessible.
