- Flawless
Participated · Seed · Sep 2023
Flawless offers an AI-powered platform that integrates operational data to let customers observe key metrics, automatically trigger alerts and tasks, and manage incidents within the software. The product targets businesses with high-volume, complex operations, particularly in e-commerce and marketplace verticals. Customers cited in the article include Saudi online florist Floward and food-delivery marketplaces Tazz by Emag and Haat Delivery. The company pivoted from a data-activation positioning after a $1M Pre-Seed less than a year earlier to its current focus based on customer feedback. Flawless says its platform deploys in minutes and can reduce operations teams’ daily work and reaction times for key issues. The startup plans to use the new funding to support global expansion. Flawless offers a no-code data activation platform that integrates databases and cloud data warehouses to help ops teams manage and leverage existing data. The company emerged from stealth after running a closed beta with customers including Romanian food delivery firm Tazz by Emag, UK watch marketplace Subdial, and US healthcare startup Belle. CEO and co-founder Zoltán Patai says the product targets ops-heavy companies such as last-mile delivery, marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms where custom tools and manual workflows are common. Flawless reports it can help organisations save up to five hours per week per employee on average. The company emphasises scalability by building on centralised data sources as firms move data to the cloud. It positions itself to replace manual dashboards and Excel-based fixes with integrated, no-code workflows.
- Mitzu Inc
Led · Seed · Sep 2023
Mitzu develops a product-and-data-analysis platform that connects directly to customers' cloud-hosted data warehouses instead of copying data, aiming to provide more and better-quality data while reducing security risks and costs. The interface is designed for non-technical users across management, product, marketing and sales and can be integrated in about five minutes without coding. Founder István Mészáros, a technologist, has converted early traction into one paying customer (Shapr3D) and several pilot projects including Colossyan and Click n' Cruise. The company positions itself to save clients substantial analytics costs that can otherwise reach about €50k per year and to prevent data loss during copies. Mitzu's immediate priorities are commercialisation and learning repeatable sales processes; the team plans to use the recent funding mainly for wages and operating costs while hiring only a few freelancers initially. The startup currently has minimal revenue and aims to increase it fiftyfold over the next year and to raise another round to accelerate growth.

- Scaleflex
Participated · Equity · Jun 2021
Scaleflex offers a suite of media-asset products for developers and marketers to manage, resize, optimize and deliver images and videos, and to collaborate around media in real time. Its first product, Cloudimage, focused on image resizing and performance; the company later launched Filerobot for storage, processing and distribution, plus a Media Asset Widget and the Filerobot Asset Hub for centralized file management. Scaleflex integrated AI capabilities (partnering with Imagga) for image tagging and categorization and plans further R&D in AI to build custom ML models for categorization and search. The company has a remote-first culture and emphasizes customer-driven product development, claiming 80% of its roadmap is shaped by customer requirements. Scaleflex was founded in 2016, initially bootstrapped, and has since grown a customer base of more than 500 clients across 50+ countries in sectors including e-commerce, real estate, automotive and news/media. The company intends to use new funding to expand sales and marketing, strengthen leadership, and accelerate AI and product development.
