Flyp is developing a technology-enabled ecosystem for sellers, agents, and buyers that manages the entire home-sale process. Its platform uses AI and data to analyse a property's saleability and identify pitfalls and opportunities to unlock value. If renovations are needed or value can be added, Flyp finances and executes the renovation project itself, using proprietary automated renovations software to manage the work. It operates a multi-agent Marketplace that shares the sale with relevant agents at no extra cost to homeowners. To date Flyp has sold in excess of 175 homes and coordinated over 3,300 viewings across hundreds of agencies. The company intends to use the funds to expand its product and technology solutions and grow its 30-strong team.
