Forest Admin builds a SaaS admin-panel product that connects to a customer’s database via an on‑server plugin and integrates with third‑party services like Stripe, Intercom, Zendesk, Google Analytics and Mailchimp. The platform centralizes data, enables dashboarding and metric tracking, supports data exploration and segmentation, and allows creation of workflows (invoicing, refunds, CSV exports, etc.). Because it handles sensitive customer data, Forest Admin’s architecture uses a plugin on the customer’s servers and supports IP whitelists, VPN placement, and granular user permissions. The company serves about 2,000 customers across verticals such as fintech, mobility and online retail and employs roughly 20 people. With the new funding, Forest Admin plans to work with more APIs (including GraphQL), integrate additional third‑party SaaS tools, and optimize admin panels for mobile use. Forest Admin is an admin-as-a-service interface offering a single point of access for companies to manage CRM, onboarding, support and workflow while meeting data-security requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA. The company was founded in 2017 and is based in Paris. It operates a freemium revenue model and is currently used by around 350 companies. Forest Admin announced a €3 million funding round to accelerate product development of its SaaS CRM product and to prepare for international launch. The company said it may consider relocating to San Francisco to continue its growth. Board changes tied to the round include Pietro Bezza joining on behalf of Connect Ventures and Jean de la Rochebrochard joining on behalf of Xavier Niel.
