Frame offers a one-stop portal that unifies therapist listings, telehealth, scheduling, billing, notes, marketing and other practice-management tools tailored to therapists. On the client side it uses a short quiz to match users with appropriate local therapists and enables free introductory video calls. The product includes livestreamed demo sessions and is designed to replace the typical stack of 5–7 fragmented tools many therapists use. The company was launched in March 2020 by Kendall Bird and Sage Grazer and is currently in a closed beta limited to part of California. Frame plans to use its recent funding to expand the product, open the beta to the rest of California, and then move into other states once infrastructure and regulatory needs are addressed. The startup positions itself around supporting therapists as small-business owners and keeping most interactions on its platform.
