Freeda has built a plan-intelligence platform that combines artificial intelligence with architects, engineers, and other specialists to automatically spot inconsistencies, regulatory violations, and brand-standard deviations in construction drawings. The system analyses a full project within 48 hours, replacing the 100-plus manual hours that teams typically spend on compliance checks and reducing costly pre-construction delays that average over €100,000 per month. Since launch, the Paris-based startup has attracted more than ten clients and verified 10,000 plans in 2025, demonstrating early commercial traction. Its roadmap targets the analysis of one million plans by 2026 as it scales across Europe, the UK, the US, and the Middle East. The new capital will fund team expansion, further industrialisation of the verification workflow, and localisation of the software to different regulatory environments. By shifting repetitive plan reviews to AI, Freeda allows project teams to focus on higher-value design tasks and brings projects to site faster and with fewer surprises.
