- dili
Participated · Series A · Jul 2026
Dili builds an AI-driven compliance platform tailored to the complex regulatory requirements around construction and infrastructure projects, including prevailing wage and apprenticeship rules. Its architecture uses contemporary AI models to extract structured data from unstructured documents, then applies a deterministic rules engine to avoid LLM-induced errors in final compliance decisions. The company reports the software is already deployed on about 700 projects spanning manufacturing facilities to data centers. Approximately half of those projects use Dili as an in-house tool while the other half outsource compliance to Dili under a contractor model. Dili’s leadership expects the market to shift toward in-house software adoption over time as AI automates professional services workflows. The company emphasizes reliability due to the high financial risks of non-compliance, noting violations can result in millions of dollars in fines.
- Mango
Led · Seed · Jul 2026
Mango provides a platform that gathers and analyzes transaction, payment, and construction-progress data to generate financial signals for construction businesses. The company works with more than 230 construction companies and material distributors and has facilitated over US$16 million in transactions, reporting 762% growth in the prior 12 months. Mango converts daily commercial activity into a proprietary financial record to evaluate credit risk and design credit and payment-protection products tailored to contractors and distributors. It plans to use new funding to accelerate platform development, enhance data analytics, expand its financial product suite, and launch four complementary products to deepen its ecosystem. Mango also intends to expand into additional markets across Mexico and Latin America and increase headcount by roughly 44% over the next nine months.
- Earlytrade
Led · Equity · Jun 2026
Earlytrade operates a subcontractor payments marketplace that lets general contractors and subcontractors trade working capital and access early payments. Since launching in the U.S. in 2024 the company reports 7x U.S. revenue growth, a network of over 211,000 subcontractors, and more than $3 billion in early payments facilitated globally. Founded in 2018 in Australia, Earlytrade relocated its incorporation to the U.S. in 2026. The company plans to use the newly raised capital to expand U.S. commercial operations and to integrate agentic AI into its core marketplace. Earlytrade describes its suite of solutions as including early payment and progress claim platforms and says it operates across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. The company has attracted board members with construction and SaaS exits, including Scott Wolfe and executives from PlanGrid and Levelset.
- Cocoon
Led · Series A · Mar 2026
Cocoon develops a rapid cooling, low-capex, modular process that retrofits into existing electric arc furnace waste handling to convert steel slag into a high-performance supplementary cementitious material (SCM). The company’s product matches traditional SCM performance while reducing the embodied CO2 of concrete by up to 40%. Cocoon has piloted its technology at a major steel mill, completed third-party validation of its material in concrete applications, and established an R&D facility and concrete testing lab in London. With demand for SCMs growing roughly 6–7% annually and supply tightening as legacy industrial sources retire, Cocoon targets faster, capital-efficient deployment by co-locating at steel plants to minimize logistics and leverage existing operations. The company is scaling hiring across the U.K. and U.S. and aims to deploy more than 50 sites in the U.S. and Europe (targeting 50 sites by 2035) following its U.S. commercial demo.
- Freeda
Participated · Equity · Nov 2025
Freeda has built a plan-intelligence platform that combines artificial intelligence with architects, engineers, and other specialists to automatically spot inconsistencies, regulatory violations, and brand-standard deviations in construction drawings. The system analyses a full project within 48 hours, replacing the 100-plus manual hours that teams typically spend on compliance checks and reducing costly pre-construction delays that average over €100,000 per month. Since launch, the Paris-based startup has attracted more than ten clients and verified 10,000 plans in 2025, demonstrating early commercial traction. Its roadmap targets the analysis of one million plans by 2026 as it scales across Europe, the UK, the US, and the Middle East. The new capital will fund team expansion, further industrialisation of the verification workflow, and localisation of the software to different regulatory environments. By shifting repetitive plan reviews to AI, Freeda allows project teams to focus on higher-value design tasks and brings projects to site faster and with fewer surprises.
