Fuse Vectors
Ole Maaløes vej 3, Copenhagen N, Hovedstaden, 2200, Denmark
Overview
Fuse Vectors develops an infinitely scalable, cell-free manufacturing platform for viral vector–based gene therapies, focusing on Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV) vectors. Its enzymatic AAV capsid filling process eliminates cell-based AAV production and uses a module library to store components for on-demand, controlled biocatalytic reactions. The technology is designed to reduce production time and costs while improving vector quality and working across all serotypes. Founded in 2022 and based in Copenhagen, the company is currently in alpha testing and collaborates with more than half a dozen partners, from academic groups to pharmaceutical companies. Fuse plans two commercialisation strategies: partnering with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and academic institutions, while advancing its internal platform and pipeline of novel gene therapies.
