Overview
Galux leverages its proprietary GaluxDesign platform, which integrates deep-learning with biophysical principles, to design high-affinity antibodies and other proteins from scratch. The platform has already produced antibodies whose AI-predicted structures align closely with cryo-EM data, validating its precision and generalizability. Galux is expanding the technology to harder target classes such as GPCRs and ion channels while tightly coupling AI modeling with wet-lab feedback to speed iteration. The company has formed co-development partnerships with Celltrion, LG Chem, and most recently Boehringer Ingelheim to broaden its pipeline and global reach. Proceeds from the latest financing will enhance the AI engine, grow R&D infrastructure, and advance proprietary programs into preclinical validation. Since its 2022 $18 million Series A, Galux has hit multiple R&D and business milestones, helping it secure the follow-on funding. Cumulatively, the company has raised $47 million to date.
