GBuilder offers a BIM-compatible software package that digitises the customer journey for residential and commercial developers, including material selection, modifications, visualisations and streamlined communication. The platform supports both front-end customer experience and back-office process efficiency. It has processed over 30,000 housing units and is used by major Scandinavian residential developers including YIT, Bonava and Hartela. The company plans to accelerate international expansion, targeting primarily the UK and DACH regions. To support that expansion GBuilder completed a new €2 million financing round.
