Overview

Glamplus offers a SaaS solution for salons, spas, and beauty chains to optimize operations and manage staff, appointments, and revenue. The platform also supplies beauty products, professionals, and personal-care items both online and offline to chain spas. It aims to digitize informal-economy gyms, salons, and spas to improve operational efficiency. The company was founded in 2020 and is based in Bengaluru, India. Glamplus combines software tools with marketplace supply functions to serve B2B customers in the beauty sector. It plans to use new funding to expand B2B presence in tier I and tier II Indian cities and to pursue international market ventures. Glamplus offers an AI-based salon and spa platform combining a CRM for customer management, an ERP for staff and inventory, and a B2B marketplace layered on its SaaS product. The platform supports appointment scheduling, digital invoicing, bulk SMS/WhatsApp promotions, loyalty schemes, stylist efficiency tracking and inventory management. Glamplus aims to premiumize salon offerings via B2B2C interactions and a curated beauty order marketplace on its SaaS platform. The company says it has scaled to 4,000 paying partners in less than eight months across six cities (Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Nagpur and Pune) and reports strong retention and unit economics. Management plans to expand tech capabilities and grow its B2B marketplace, targeting 10,000 B2B partners and monthly revenue of Rs 5 crore by March 2022. Founders Vatsalya Agarwal, Divyanshu Singh and Rohan Singh launched the company in July 2020 to address the fragmented SMB salon market. Glamplus, founded in July 2020 and Bengaluru-based, offers an experience-driven CRM platform for salons and related partners that manages appointments, staff management, suppliers and provides analytical reports on customer visit patterns. The product targets repeat engagement through a simple dashboard and analytics to help businesses elevate customer experience. The startup says it scaled to 500 paying partners in under three months across Bengaluru, Delhi and Pune and aims to grow to 3,000 partners in the next six months. Glamplus plans vertical expansion of its business lines and will use new funding to enhance product and technology capabilities and support business expansion. Management has set a longer-term target to capture a substantial share of a large and growing salon market over the next 2–3 years.
